There are some athletic hobbies for people that are middle aged. Staying active is a very important thing to stay healthy both physically and mentally. It is obvious that you will not have the same level of endurance when you get older, but you can still engage yourself in low impact athletic hobbies and those are good because they can provide a lot of the same benefits of high impact activities. If you are not currently active, then a doctor needs to be consulted.
