A middle aged adult who is physically active has a lower chance of sudden cardiac arrest than other adults. Out of 1,247 cases, 63 cases were caused by sports activities. Men are at a higher chance to have sudden cardiac arrest. Research shows there is a high-benefit, low-risk exercise for middle aged adults. If you have a sudden cardiac arrest in a public area, you have a higher chance of having someone preform CPR on you giving you a better chance of survival.
