A “periodic table” for resistance bands has been created. This cart outlines multiple ways for exercisers to use these devices, from lunges to squat thrusts to general flexibility exercises. The ease of the chart is in the pictorial sense of it. An exercise can immediately see general paths to achieving multiple exercises as well as coming up with ideas for new routines. The other great thing is that it isn’t committed to one type of band, so users with closed loop or strapped bands can use it just as well.
